LEAD PASTOR
BO WEAVER
After surrendering his life to Christ at the age of twenty, Bo was convinced that everybody needs Jesus, and so helping others to know and grow in a relationship with Christ became an all-consuming passion. It was this passion that led Bo to prepare for a life of ministry and to start two thriving churches in Northern Kentucky.
After moving to Arizona in 2020, Bo began to receive invitations to preach in churches around the state.
While this satisfied his itch to preach, Bo learned that it wasn’t just preaching that he missed; it was leading and caring for a local congregation that was missing from his life. This led Bo and his wife, Cindy, on a year-long prayer journey, one on which they asked, “Lord, if you have a place for us to serve, please show us.”
One day, a friend called Bo to tell him about a church in Sun City West that was seeking its next Lead Pastor.
After a thorough interview process, Bo was offered the position of Lead Pastor at Inspire Church.

Bo and Cindy are thrilled to be at a church that has accomplished so much in just nine years and one that shows all the signs of spiritual health and vitality. The phrase, “We actually like each other, here,” is one that Bo and Cindy heard more than once when they attended services for the first time at Inspire. Since starting
at Inspire Church in September of this year, Bo and Cindy have found this to be more than just words. If you haven’t yet experienced a service at Inspire Church, Bo and Cindy invite you to come and discover for yourself what they found to be true: “These people really do like each other!” And as they like to say,

BRYAN HITCH
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Bryan grew up in a Christian home and in a Pastor's family and responded to the invitation to follow Jesus and was baptized at age ten. He was called into ministry as a junior in High School and began pursuing God's call from then on. Bryan has been the Worship and Associate Pastor at Inspire Church since the very beginning in 2016. He is one of the planting/founding pastors along with his wife, Terry and Jim and Sue Kennon.
"Music is the language of my heart." says Pastor Bryan. It’s the vehicle God has used and still uses to speak into his heart and life. God has allowed him the privilege to write songs and speak into the hearts and lives of others as a ministry, as well as the great honor to lead others in worship all across the country. He is equally comfortable leading a band in modern expressions of worship and praise, as well as leading the great hymns of the faith and contemporary worship songs from a piano. He strongly embraces the idea that God continues to inspire His church and its creative artists to express their faith and theology through new songs for the body of Christ, utilizing both the ancient and modern expressions of worship and praise of our magnificent God through music.
Bryan is married to his best friend, Terry. They have four children, two with spouses; Jeremy , Emily (Kyser Anderson), Jacob (Megan) and Bryan, Jr. We have three exceptional granddaughters; Tilly, Taylee and Charly Anderson.
SUZANNE KINDSCHY
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Suzanne Kindschy has been our Church Administrator since September of 2023. She has a work background in management, administration, design
and event management. Therefore, this role fits her gifting as well as her job experience.
Suzanne was a professional violinist who performed in four different symphonies, chamber groups, musicals, and string quartets, as well as performing in Branson, MO. She attended college on a music scholarship, and won a concerto competition playing in a violin quartet. Suzanne loves playing violin on the Inspire Church worship team, along with singing and playing the keyboard occasionally.
Suzanne's husband, Gaylan, plays bass on the worship team. They enjoy getting to serve together at Inspire Church. They have three adult children: Ashlynn, Jordan and Brennan.

Suzanne loves making music with friends, loves her Inspire Church family, and is learning to play golf!
JIM KENNON
PASTOR EMERITUS
In October of 2017, the Lord led Pastor Jim and Sue Kennon to partner with Pastor Bryan and Terry Hitch in planting Inspire Church in the Sun City West area. Under Jim’s leadership, Inspire Church has seen many come to faith in Christ, and many more find a loving church home to call their own.
After 44 years of pastoral ministry, Pastor Jim retired from pastoral ministry to mentor and coach the next generation of pastors. In recognition and appreciation of his wise and loving leadership, the External Board
of Inspire Church, along with a grateful congregation, conferred upon Pastor Jim the title Pastor Emeritus.
We are grateful that Pastor Jim and Sue will continue to call Inspire Church their home, and that when not preaching at other churches, we will be blessed by Pastor Jim and Sue’s warm and loving hearts.
